  • We offer Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Filipino and Russian songs. Our English and Korean catalogues are the largest with hundreds of thousands of songs available! Room 13, our licensed Grandstage room, also offers Spanish and Bollywood songs.

  • Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. Exceptions can be made or reservations but a cleaning fee may be applied. Birthday cakes (No ice cream cakes) are welcome - just remember to bring your own utensils and plateware!

  • Yes! Our 3rd floor is our dedicated All Ages section. No alcohol is allowed on this unlicensed floor, which is kept separate from the licensed area. To book, just mention that you’re looking for the All Ages section!

  • We are a small business and ask that you extend the courtesy of 72 hours notice if you intend to cancel so that we can offer the room to another guest.

  • We generally do not require deposits to book, except for our largest licensed room. If a special circumstance requires a deposit, you will be made aware of such via email.

  • For same-day requests, please give us a call! Same-day email requests will not receive a response. If you are making a request today for tomorrow, please call as well as email.

  • Yes, we are a cash-only establishment. This applies to all transactions including room payments, drinks and food. Several ATMs are available on-site for your convenience. We are able to provide receipts via text or email for corporate expensing.

  • At this time we are operating without a kitchen on site so options are limited to our chip/snacks shelf by the bar.

  • Song requests are not available at this time.

  • Song lists are not available, but please ask our knowledgeable staff for specific artists or genres you may be looking for.

  • Unfortunately, the building is not very accessible. The street entrance leads directly to a flight of stairs, with no alternatives. Rooms are also quite dark and feature colourful disco lights and loud music.
